ACE · Astitav Centre for Empowerment · Noida

A school where your child learns, belongs, and is prepared for the world beyond it.

Astitav is a special-needs school, therapy centre, and vocational training space in Noida. Since 2015, we've helped children from 3 to 18+ move from “cannot cope” to coping, contributing, and — for many — studying alongside their peers in mainstream schools.

Is Astitav right for your child?

Three quick questions. If you answer yes to all three, we should talk.

Age

Is your child between 3 and 18+?

We also welcome infants and toddlers in our outpatient therapy programmes.

Learning profile

Does your child live with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, intellectual disability, or a developmental delay — whether diagnosed or not?

If you're unsure about a diagnosis, we can help clarify through assessment.

Location

Can your family reach Sector 104, Noida?

We are conveniently located in Noida. Many of our families travel in from across Delhi NCR.
How we work

How we work.

Every child at Astitav is seen as an individual, not a category. Our work rests on four pillars — designed so that therapy, academics, independence, and community grow together, not apart.

Pillar 01

Individualised Education

Each child learns from a personalised plan — an Individualised Education Plan (IEP) or Individualised Therapy Plan (ITP) — built and reviewed by our teaching and therapy team. Your child will never be taught at the pace of a classroom she can't follow.

Pillar 02

Integrated Therapy

Speech, Occupational, ABA, and Physiotherapy sessions happen inside the school day — not as a separate appointment. Therapists, teachers, and parents share the same goals, and progress in one area reinforces progress in another.

Pillar 03

Independence Through Skills

From cooking Friday lunch, to running a sales stall at Amity University, to training at Rasamama Restaurant or Baywatch Car Wash — our students earn stipends, serve customers, and discover what they're capable of outside the classroom.

Pillar 04

Inclusive Participation

Through the Ability Olympics, festival celebrations, and collaborations with mainstream schools like Delhi World Public School, our students aren't kept apart from the world — they are part of it.

Parent stories

In our parents' own words.

Three journeys, three different beginnings — the same kind of care.

"When Arjun was 5, three schools told us he wouldn't manage mainstream education. At Astitav, nobody used the word 'cannot.' He spent two years here before joining a regular school. He's in Class 4 now — and he comes home every evening asking when he can visit Didi at Astitav."
Priya S. · Parent · Noida
"My daughter was two and a half when our paediatrician noticed delays. I was terrified of walking into another 'institution.' Astitav didn't feel like one. The therapists remember what she had for breakfast. They know her favourite song."
Sneha K. · Parent · Sector 50, Noida
"Rohan is 17 now. He's been at Astitav since he was 12. This year he started working at Rasamama as part of the Job Training program — earning his own money, in uniform, serving customers. The pride on his face when he brought home his first pay was something I didn't think I'd ever see."
Meera D. · Parent · Greater Noida

Flagship event

The Ability Olympics.

Five editions. Hundreds of children. One annual day where ability, not disability, is what gets cheered for.

Every year, students from special schools across Delhi NCR come together for the Ability Olympics — a full day of adapted races, basketball, football, softball, and a ceremonial march past. It began in April 2022 with 38 children at Noida Stadium. In 2025, it drew its fifth edition.

For many of our families, Ability Olympics is the first time they see their child in a stadium, in a team, in a moment of celebration.

FAQ

Questions parents ask us.

If yours isn't here, WhatsApp us — we're used to every kind of question.

My child doesn't have a formal diagnosis yet. Can we still come?
Yes. We work with many families who are still navigating assessments. Our team can help you understand what you're seeing and, if needed, refer you to trusted diagnosticians in Delhi NCR.
How big are your classes?
Very small — usually 6 to 8 children with a lead teacher and assistant. We group by functional level, not just age, so your child learns alongside peers at the same stage.
Can my child attend therapy at Astitav without enrolling in the school?
Yes. Our Therapy Centre accepts outpatient children after school hours for Speech, OT, ABA, and Physiotherapy.
What does a day at Astitav look like?
Academic work, integrated therapies, sports or dance, and life-skills practice — with a proper lunch break and rest time. On Fridays, students cook. Once a month, they take a market trip to buy ingredients.
What are the fees?
Fees vary by programme, age, and therapy load. We share a transparent fee proposal after the initial assessment — so you're quoted for what your child actually needs, not a blanket number. Bridge to Brilliance students pay nothing — it's a full-support scholarship.
Do you offer transport or a hostel?
We do not currently run school transport. We do run a residential facility — Astitav Aanchal — with 24×7 supervision and structured care for students whose families live out of town or need the extra support.
